Iced caramel coffee


On a hot day you can’t beat an ice-cold coffee.  Try this delicious dairy-free version with a shot of caramel syrup.

  • Half a pint of organic almond milk (you can make your own but I tend to buy one made by Rude Health)
  • 1-2 teaspoonfuls of instant coffee (depending on how strong you like it)
  • Handful of crushed ice
  • Generous splash of caramel syrup

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake, serve and enjoy!
