On a hot day you can’t beat an ice-cold coffee. Try this delicious dairy-free version with a shot of caramel syrup.
- Half a pint of organic almond milk (you can make your own but I tend to buy one made by Rude Health)
- 1-2 teaspoonfuls of instant coffee (depending on how strong you like it)
- Handful of crushed ice
- Generous splash of caramel syrup
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake, serve and enjoy!
